10. GENERAL

11. JURISDICTION
11.1. The relationship between EMA and the User will be governed by the applicable regulations under the applicable laws and competent jurisdiction. However, in the cases where the regulations state the possibility of submitting to a court, EMA and the User, with a previous written resignation of any other court, are subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Málaga.
